These are images from a pretty incredible and expensive project by ESA ( European Space Agency ) to image our world from high altitude. I would say they have produced some amazing images. This much distance from the surface really draws out features and large scale textures. Incredible...

the photos all look like paintings. from this perspective, it certainly makes ones daily problems feel quite small and that we should focus on the bigger picture and the things that really matter.
